Buttock filler is a non-surgical way to add shape to the gluteal area. A large-volume hyaluronic-acid (HA) body filler is placed into the deep subcutaneous fat, usually over the upper and outer buttock, to round the outline, improve the transition from hip to thigh and give a modest lift. It does not replace a surgical Brazilian butt lift or implants, and it is not intended to create dramatic size; its strength is in refining shape with a reversible product and no general anaesthetic.

- Avoid sitting for long periods and sleeping on your back for five to seven days; use a cushion when sitting is unavoidable.
- Wear the compression garment as advised and keep entry points clean and dry for 48 hours.
- No gym, cycling, swimming, saunas or massage for seven to ten days.
- Firmness and tenderness are expected for two to four weeks and ease as the gel integrates.
