What is Juvelook?
Juvelook is a hybrid skin booster developed in Korea. Each vial contains fine, porous microspheres of poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) suspended in non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. After injection the hyaluronic acid gives an immediate hydrating effect, while the PDLLA particles act as a scaffold that gradually stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen before being absorbed by the body. The result is a slow, natural thickening of thin skin rather than a filled look.
Because the particles are small enough to be placed superficially, Juvelook is used where traditional collagen stimulators such as Sculptra are too deep: enlarged pores, shallow acne scars, fine lines around the eyes and mouth, neck lines and the backs of the hands. A larger-particle version, Juvelook Volume, is reserved for temples, cheeks and jawline hollowing.

What to expect
1. Consultation & diagnosis
Your dermatologist reviews your skin and photographs, confirms the concern is dermal rather than pigmentary, and chooses between Juvelook and Juvelook Volume. A plan of two to three sessions is agreed.
2. Injection
Numbing cream is applied for 20–30 minutes. The reconstituted product is injected evenly into the dermis across the treatment area, with extra attention to scars or lines. The injection stage takes about 20 minutes.
3. Aftercare & follow-up
You receive written aftercare and your care notebook is updated. The doctor reviews the skin at four weeks before the next session and again three months after the course to assess collagen response.
