What is Potenza?
Potenza is a radiofrequency microneedling platform that offers four RF modes, monopolar and bipolar at 1 MHz or 2 MHz, through a range of needle tips. Insulated needles penetrate to a chosen depth, usually between 0.5 and 4 mm, and release RF energy only at the tip, so the dermis is heated precisely while the epidermis is spared. Monopolar mode spreads heat more deeply for tightening; bipolar mode concentrates it between needles for texture and scar work. A Tiger Tip with semi-insulated needles can treat several depths in one pass, and the Fusion Tip is designed to drive topical agents into the channels.
The combination of mechanical micro-injury and controlled heat produces new collagen and elastin over the following weeks, which is why Potenza is used for enlarged pores, atrophic acne scars, fine lines, stretch marks and mild laxity, with far less downtime than ablative lasers.

2. Treatment
Numbing cream is applied for 30–40 minutes. The handpiece stamps a grid across each zone with depth and energy adjusted as it moves; you feel pressure and brief warmth. Boosters may be applied immediately afterwards.
